Refund policy

At Club Jaia, we want you to love every piece you order. Please review our return policy carefully before making your purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Club Jaia does not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for store credit, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, body odor, pet hair, or other signs of wear

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Returned in its original condition and packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

STORE CREDIT

Once your return has been received and approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the eligible merchandise.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and are not included in store credit.

Store credit cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Sale or clearance merchandise marked Final Sale

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Undergarments or intimate apparel

  • Accessories

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without original tags

For hygiene reasons, certain items may be considered Final Sale even when purchased at full price.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Club Jaia is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking information until your return has been processed.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.

If your order has already entered processing or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

REFUSED & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Orders returned to Club Jaia because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, missed delivery attempts, or other customer-related delivery issues are not eligible for a refund.

Additional shipping charges may be required to have the order reshipped.

POLICY AGREEMENT

By placing an order with Club Jaia, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to our Refund & Return Policy.

Club Jaia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

This policy does not limit any rights available to customers where otherwise required by applicable law.
