At Club Jaia, every order is carefully prepared before making its way to you. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
U.S. Orders
Please allow approximately 6–10 business days for U.S. orders to be processed, prepared, and delivered.
International Orders
Please allow approximately 14 business days for international orders to be processed, prepared, and delivered.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
These timeframes are estimates. During new releases, sales, holidays, high-volume periods, customs delays, or unforeseen carrier disruptions, orders may require additional time.

ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided at checkout.
Orders begin processing shortly after they are received. Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation has been sent.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.
These charges are not included in your Club Jaia order total unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs processing may also cause delays beyond the estimated 14-business-day delivery window.
Club Jaia is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by your country.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Club Jaia does not control carrier transit times.
Delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control may extend the estimated delivery timeframe.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Club Jaia is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.

LOST, STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES
Once tracking confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Club Jaia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly for additional delivery information.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with the appropriate carrier claim process.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Orders returned to Club Jaia because of refused delivery, incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, unpaid customs fees, or other customer-related delivery issues are not eligible for a cash refund.
Eligible merchandise may be issued as store credit only, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, less any applicable shipping or return costs.
